All payments are handled for you, including Tax-Free Childcare and Childcare Vouchers, with reconciliation taken care of.
We manage day-to-day wraparound admin
Following your T’s & C’s, Registers, attendance changes, waiting lists and capacity are all kept up to date.
We support club staff on the ground
Staff always have a clear view of who is attending, even when bookings change at short notice.
We ensure compliance and control
Ratios, capacity limits and booking rules are enforced consistently.
What’s included in our service
We provide your school with a fully branded online booking system
Parents book, amend and cancel sessions online, at any time, using a system branded to your school. Clear availability and pricing mean a seemless experience for parents.
Club staff have access to live attendance information and can log children in and out as they arrive/depart club.
We provide dedicated parent support by phone
Parents can contact our dedicated support team by phone from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Our experienced team handle booking queries, payment questions and changes directly, ensuring parents receive prompt support without needing to contact the school.
We provide a dedicated email support service for parents
Parents have access to a dedicated support email address, allowing them to raise queries, request changes and receive support at their convenience.
This ensures clear, traceable communication while keeping the school office free from day-to-day enquiries.
