How It Works
The process from planning through to launch
The process from planning through to launch
We start with a friendly, no-pressure conversation to learn how your wraparound provision works today — what’s going well, what’s challenging, and what you’d like to improve.
You’ll have the chance to ask us anything. We’ll explain our service in plain English, show how it works in practice, and highlight the benefits so you can see how we may be able to help.
By the end of the call, we’ll both have a clear understanding of each other. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll agree the next steps together — and if not, there’s no obligation to proceed.
A clear, guided process that gets your provision running quickly, with full support at every step.
We start with a planning session to understand your current provision. Together, we review pricing, sessions, booking rules and settings, optimising everything to maximise uptake, reduce admin and increase income from day one.
Our team sets up your fully branded online booking system, customised with your logo, colours and sessions. Everything is configured for your school and designed to work seamlessly on mobiles, tablets and desktops.
Around a month before switchover begins, parents are invited to register and start booking sessions. This early launch builds uptake and ensures a smooth process for both the parents and your school.
We provide friendly, practical training so staff feel confident using the system from day one. Of course, there isn’t much to learn because we do all the heavy lifting!
Children start attending sessions and your staff have everything they need – registers, ratios and payments all handled. We take care of the system and parent support in the background so you can focus on delivering great care.
All parent payments are collected upfront and reconciled at month end. We provide you with a full reconcilliation, splitting out income received, sales figures, and parent credit on account (for future use). Shortly after this, we send you one payment per school, less our fee. It really is as simple as that.
Each term, we review bookings, income and performance together. We share insights, answer questions and suggest improvements to help you optimise your provision.
Before the new academic year, we meet to review the year’s success and agree any changes to pricing, sessions or setup – ensuring you’re ready for September.
