From External Provider to In-House Wraparound Care
After launching wraparound care as a new venture, North Ealing Primary School needed a solution that could remove the administrative burden while creating a smooth experience for parents and staff.
As this was a new venture for us, I wanted a company to take the administration nightmare away from the school. I also wanted an easy transition for parents to book into wraparound care, with a more formal process for this.

Our Club Manager no longer has to work outside of her hours to catch up with admin or deal with urgent queries. The process is now a lot more viable and professional for parents.
Our income has increased by £37,000, which is due to using Childcare Bookings. Our admin is now minimal, which is a great benefit to our very stretched school office team.
